No experience with the actual company but i can say they need to test their drivers. I just got cut off in snow storm low visibility on the expressway by one, i couldn’t even see blinker stating they wanted over. Would’ve been great if i did crash being 8 months pregnant.

I needed a new water heater and Den Ketelaar was able to get someone out quickly for me to diagnose and resolve my issue. Joe and Malachi were both excellent. Joe had great knowledge and answered all of my questions for me to make sure I was well educated on what was going on and how to make sure the issue doesn't happen again. They did excellent work and were very careful navigating the water heater in and out of my home. I appreciate the great work they performed for me.

Needed a backflow valve tested per city of GR, as well as a repair on that line. Den was able to come out the next day and take care of it. He and his assistant were running behind due to the previous appointment, but called to let me know. They completed the work as requested and were professional while they were here. Quoted price was less than an alternative quote, and was billed accurately. Would call again.

Mark spent time on the phone listening to my concern to determine if a service call was needed. He gave me some guidance to test things on my own, before he sent someone out on a service call fee. I appreciate his approach to help and save me an expense that might not be necessary. Den Ketelaar did my original plumbing installation and I'm really happy I called them first with this issue.
