If you are looking for a pool installer, this is the only company that you should deal with. They did our pool install this August. It turned out amazing and I can not believe how efficient and professional the whole team is. Our pool turned out exactly how we wanted it. My family really enjoyed the experience of the whole install becuase their team was so easy to get along with and we really enjoyed the entire process. Laura is so helpful and patient during the whole pre planing phases. When your ready to have a pool put in, don't waste any time. Just call Fox and have it done right.

Fox is a great company that does great work! They had my old pool taken out and water in my new pool in three days!! I was shocked!! Just kind wish they would not rush the process in someways. Love my pool but my only couple complaints are we had a set date to install our pool. But they called me 4 days before at 10am saying there ahead of schedule and they will be there that day! I was thinking awesome but I could not be there. They got so much work done the first day I was blow away. But the second day I asked the owner what he did with my three year old cover as I paid 1200 bucks for he said we trashed it it was junk anyway!! It was not junk they never asked me if I wanted to save it they just threw it away! I was going to take it off the day before our scheduled date but they came four

Thrilled with our entire experience with installing an inground pool with Fox. Laura was extremely patient with all of our changes, and very responsive when we had questions. Mike & his whole crew were excellent during install. We had water in our pool the 2nd day they came out. Crazy fast. Work crew was efficient, on time for construction and all timelines were met (with the exception of a week delay for the concrete contractor, due to weather). We even had our pool installed a week earlier than anticipated. Pricing was reasonable and we didn't feel like we got gouged even with the cost of everything in the world going up. We had an issue within the first few weeks with our heater and they came out and fixed it within 2 hours of us calling. Very happy!

Retail guys are great. Getting the service dept. to respond is near impossible. Been waiting over 4 moths to get a leak fixed!

Fox Pools installed our pool in 2019. Today I encountered a problem with the salt generator. YouTube wasn't a great help so I called Fox to place a service call, our first ever. The woman who answered the phone asked a series of questions, then had me run some simple troubleshooting tests. In five minutes, the problem was solved. She then summarized the cause of the problem for me. Over the course of six years I've found it common that the employees have an impressive depth of knowledge about swimming pool operation. I've picked up some helpful knowledge along the way, and, each time it occurs I think to myself that I'm glad we had Fox Pools install our pool.
