Bought the screen saver replacement program through them. Went in a few minutes ago to use it for the First time and the screen saver for my iPhone 16 pro max is out of stock. The “manager “ tried to charge me $$ to upgrade. I bought the LIFETIME screen saver program! Honor your promises and programs! What an unprofessional experience and what shady business practices. Shame on you. Perhaps I didn’t explain myself clearly- I purchased a screen protector replacement policy for the life of the phone (iPhone 16 pro max). I did not purchase a particular brand of screen protector, I purchased the replacement plan if the protector was cracked or damaged- for the time I own the phone. I had a really frustrating experience with Best Buy that completely changed how I view this store. I tried to return an item 18 days after purchase, bought around Christmas. Instead of honoring what most consumers consider a reasonable return window, I was told I needed to pay $50 for a Best Buy Plus membership just to extend the return period to 30 days. Paying extra money just to return something that’s barely over two weeks old is absurd. Meanwhile, retailers like Amazon and Costco offer 30 days or more for returns with no added fees. I was concerned about coming here as Best Buy had a reputation of being pushy and frankly unknowledgeable. Shane flipped those expectations on their head. He was extremely polite and knew his stuff! Glad I came in today and looking forward to be a repeat customer!

Bought a computer and employee opened up a credit card for me without my knowledge and against my wishes ( I paid with my own credit card). I had to pay $125 in fees after I found out 1 year later. Pursuing legal recourse but not looking good.
