I hired Blend Air Mechanical to handle the plumbing and HVAC for my new Pickleball Club in Valley Cottage, NY. Mike, Chris and their entire team made sure we were getting the best job possible. Their degree of concern and understanding towards the importance of this project is what sets them apart. It never felt like just another job to them. Its not always hard to find good work, whats hard is finding good work with excellent customer service.

I had a new AC unit installed about 2 weeks ago. Choosing this company because of previous reviews was a let down. I was quoted a 3 week wait for install, which turned into a 6 week wait. I reached out to the office several times to get updates and never received a call back. I was given a small credit for the delay after contacting the gentleman that sold me the unit directly. On the day of installation the 2 man crew was asked to wear a mask (we could provide to them if they didn't have any) while walking around the house and they refused. As a homeowner paying for a service in MY home this is unacceptable. They responded it's to hot and we will be in the attic most of the time. They even went as far to say, "You go up there and see how hot it is". Completely disgusting and unprofessi

We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours! They always arrive on time, leave the area nice and clean, as well as explain everything that was done & how it

Colin and Dan just put in my new hot water heater. They did it very fast. When they were done, they cleaned up and even wipe the floor. I would definitely recommend them. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
