Made an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned. I made the appointment about three weeks prior to the date that they could fit me in. On the day of the appointment my window was from one to four. I never received a phone call, a text message, or any sort of follow up and the technician never showed up. When I called the business, they said oh well the technician must be busy. I guess we can reschedule. Three weeks out. I do not recommend this business at all.
