Bobby Burns Lakeside Plumbing

Donavan Dann was awesome!! He came in record time to check an “emergency” plumbing issue we had. He stayed with it until it was complete. We asked him to come back with 2 additional projects and same prompt service! One of the projects required tile work and he arranged that for us as we didn’t know any tile guys in our area. Donavan is honest, professional (always removed shoes before entering our home…I was impressed!), man of his word and does excellent work. We have referred him to friends that are renovating and they’re equally impressed. We highly recommend Donavan and this company!

We had two 50 gal water heaters in our attic which were 11 years old and near the end of their life. We were concerned about having a big leak above our living space, so we chose to install a whole-house tankless water heater in our utility room on the ground floor. Bobby Burns had considerable experience with such systems and recommended a Navien gas unit, one of the best available. Although more expensive than simply replacing our existing tank heaters, we were happy for the peace of mind of no longer having 100 gallons of water over our heads. Bobby was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job installing the new system and removing the old. We will be sure to use him whenever we need a plumber.

Mr Dann showed up on time and was very professional. He changed out my hot water heater which was in a difficult location to maneuver the hot water heater out and install. He quoted me a fair price and he did not go up on the price once he seen the location of the hot water heater. He cleaned up behind his self and was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend him.

Now Donavan Dann Lakeside Plumbing. Just had some service work completed. On time, knowledgeable, fair price, great value!! Definitely found a plumber for Lake Country!!! Gave them 5 stars only because I couldn’t give them 6!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience with a plumber! We asked for a email quote to give to our insurance company and Bobby started shouting at us. He hung up on us when we told him we needed the estimate before we could hire him to do the work. After he hung up we called back thinking maybe we were just disconnected by mistake. He answered the phone shouting and angry and hung up again. Be very careful of this "Lakeside Plumbing" and Bobby. I would never allow someone like that into my home.
