Bonita Pools

We had a number of issues with our previous pool service, which culminated in the pool turning green and the company ghosting us. Taking the advice of other reviewers, I called Jack, and he came personally that day, went through the pool and pump and heater thoroughly, explained how each worked and what was wrong, and then turned our Zombie pool back into a lovely backyard oasis. Since then, he has kept it in pristine shape, even through the recent blizzard. He reaches out when there is a problem and is always responsive to any question or concern. He is simply the best. Thanks to all the previous reviewers, we have our pool back.

Jack was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was able to do for us. He solved our issue and our pool looks amazing! He arrived on time and was patient and friendly! Went above and beyond what was expected.

Jack is the best!! Incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and has maintained multiple properties for us. His communication and response time is unmatched. I am hesitant to announce how great he is because Bonita Pools is the best kept secret of incredible pool and hot tub repair and maintenance on the island!!

Excellent communication! Our pools equipment was cleaned up and repaired from another company’s poor workmanship. Equipment was brought up to code, warranty parts were replaced and checks were done to ensure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend working with Jack as he was knowledgeable and his pricing was reasonable.

I contacted Jack from Bonita pools because I was having an issue with the system and to recalibrate the panel, he gave me a few suggestions that I will try, but what a nice guy who took the time out and offer to help. Recommended him for his polite and helpful manner.
