Yardworks, go elsewhere. They never respond to countless emails, texts and calls and ghost you after you finally get in contact with them. They told us to drop by on a date during a specific time window and we did only to then be berated by Chad. He said we were not welcome to drop by unannounced because we didn't schedule it and they are "extremely" busy until late summer. Even though we have all the messages to prove we did have it scheduled. The office seems to be run by Chad scaring his workers to get things done, as the assistant (I believe her name was Caroline) seemed frazzled by his visit to the office. Please take your business elsewhere and save time. I would give it zero stars if that was an option in Google Maps.

Drove an hour and a half to meet with Chad at my new construction home. Spent some time reviewing everything that I wanted for my yard including well, sprinkler system, sod, outdoor entertainment area, etc. He asked me to send him the site plan via email which I did about 3 to 4 days after we met. Even texted him to let him know I had emailed it. Never heard from him then or at any other time after that day we met. I called the office about 10 days ago which is about 2 months after our initial meeting to ask why I hadn't heard from him. The girl who answered the phone sounded a little strange when I told her my name but said that she would check with him about why he hadn't called me. Still haven't heard anything out of him.
