Tropical Carpet Care

I have been using Tropical Carpet Care both personally and professionally for over 14 years. They are always punctual; complete the work in a timely manner and do an excellent job! We had a cream color bur bur carpet in our home, 2 children and 2 dogs, you get the picture, and they always made it look great. When we had a water back up in our home they were out there quickly to extract the water, place fans and dehumidifiers in the home. With my work in property management not only can they rescue just about any carpet, but they can also complete an O-Zone treatment to clear up just about any smell or odor. I would not use or recommend another company, other than Tropical Carpet Care!

I have known Rodney at Tropical Carpet Care since he started in the business. He does amazing work. He is honest, hard working, reliable, and has fair prices. I had him clean all of our properties when I had my property management company and our personal property. If we needed an emergency flood clean up, he was always there for us. My dog got sick in the middle of the night and had several accidents in my 8 year olds bedroom. We have used them in the past, and we're always pleased with the results, so we gave Rodney a call on a Sunday, not expecting an answer. Not only did he answer, he fit us in the next day. I was about to sell my house and my carpets looked like they had seen war. I have two dogs. One who was very hard to potty train for a while. Plus metal frames on my couches that left bright orange stains. I called tropical they gave me a great price came out that same week and somehow made my carpets look brand new!!!! Tristan did an amazing job would definitely call them again.
