Where to start- I'd give them 100 stars if possible. Mike was so friendly from start to finish and his brother was just as wonderful. On time, professional and great prices for everything we got done! Even cleaned up my kiddos mini couches!!! If you need your carpet cleaned, DON'T HESITATE to contact Mike and Carolina Steam Clean!!! It's hard to find companies who make you feel like the customer matters but these guys are amazing!!!! We will definitely use them again!!! Services/Areas done: Two couches detailed cleaned, living room, hallway and a huge play room all cleaned plus two kid sized couches for one amazing price!!!! 😍💕

So impressed with their service! Our dog managed to get in and out of the house on a very rainy day and made a huge mess on the couch. They came out the same day and rescued my couch. Can't recommend highly enough. Wish I could leave 6 stars. Awesome service! They rescued my carpet after my very sick dog nearly destroyed it. It was heavily stained and they brought it back like new. Great communication, very flexible, reasonably priced for the level of cleaning they had to do. Carolina Steam Clean will be my first call next time I need my carpets cleaned.
