Had a fabulous shopping experience, thanks to Larry and Susan from the tile/floor department. Amber from customer service helped use my 20% off as a new credit card user. Susan helped set up delivery for several items out of stock, and Larry loaded heavy cartons of shower tile into my vehicle. Three people worked together like a well-oiled machine. Super friendly, super professional. They got my New Year off to a great start!

Norma Gene from customer service is a heaven sent angel that deserves the universe. She handled my issue with such kindness, care, and patience. People like her are the backbone in this world. God bless her.

I ordered cabinets in March, and I’m still waiting for the installation to be completed. It’s only 16 cabinets, yet three have been ordered incorrectly three different times. Every time I call, I’m told “this has been elevated to the next level,” but nothing ever happens. Managers just blame each other, and no one takes responsibility. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. Still waiting November 1, no end in sight! Can I give zero stars!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Unbelievably poor service for kitchen cabinet installation. The store is quick to sell the service but immediately outsources all installation matters and provides zero follow-up when the project goes awry. It has been NINE MONTHS and we still don’t even have the right cabinets on order to finish this job, despite dozens of calls to the store, installation services office, and subcontracted installer. Will NEVER use or recommend this service. Update: reaffirm my 1-star review based on the "response from the owner" i.e. auto-bot response asking me to call them. I am a Lowe's Pro Account holder, have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the store, they have my name and full contact information...why is the burden on me to call them? I delivered drywall here. Jackie, who I believe was the manager (( or Jacqueline) Not too sure how she spells it)) and Mason(forklift driver) helped me out and unloaded me much sooner. Jackie showed true professionalism and Mason knocked it out of the park being extremely safe and efficient. They didn’t ask for this review, I simply just like to shout out respectful employees of the places I deliver. Not all of the Lowe’s that I go to are the same, But this one is definitely added to the ‘Nice list’ Thanks again to the great staff here at Cape Carteret.
