Bottini Fuel

As full-time residents of Lexington, we have relied on Bottini for their heating services since 1994. From installation, annual service, automatic oil delivery, as well as phone or in-person communication on a number of issues, we have always been extremely satisfied with all interactions. We had never taken the time to write a review, but with a sequence of events on 12/26 into 12/17, we felt it was appropriate and necessary. The night of Friday 12/26/25 into the morning of 12/27/25 saw a snowstorm impact the Catskills. We had gone to bed without any concerns and planned to deal with snow in the on 12/27 AM. My phone conversation was well received by Tammy at Bottini. She quickly resolved my concern. Tammy said she would call me back and she did! It Was great to have someone want to help. We've used Bottini Fuel for 27 years with no issue.

Boiler technician seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Polite and courteous at all times. Annual cleaning went smoothly and hopefully we won't have to see them again until next summer for that cleaning / tune-up.

Our heat was out and after calling Bottini they had a tech here, within the hour. Ralph our Tech was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond for us getting our furnace up and going.

New company for me. Setting up account was no problem. Technician that came to service burner was excellent - on time, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough, and provided a few suggestions for better operation. So far, very happy with choosing Bottini Fuel.
