Koerner Construction recently completed a basement renovation for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kristy and her team were incredibly communicative, keeping us updated at every stage—from the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough. They helped transform what was once a dark, underutilized space into a bright, functional area that now serves as an office, media room, and guitar zone. The craftsmanship was top-notch. The flooring installation was flawless, the recessed lighting added a modern touch, and the custom column wraps gave the space a polished, cohesive look.

I can't say enough good things about Kristy Koerner. I bought a home from Kristy a year ago, one that she had renovated for sale. She had done a marvelous job with a careful, tasteful and intelligent renovation. Sadly, within months we experienced a frozen pipe and bad water damage. I called Kristy to recommend a plumber. Instead, she and her crew turned up at my door and within days had started the cleanup and repairs, which were finished quickly and flawlessly. Since that time Kristy and her superb team are my first call for anything. More than a contractor, she's a dedicated neighbor, community member and friend.
