We had a serious crack appear in the GRANIT near our faucet. The entire counter top was originally installed in one piece. Most establishments wouldn’t touch it because there was a large backsplash on top of this piece helping to support a 4 seat countertop. We could only find technicians that would come out and fill the crack which would eventually reappear. Francisco came out and extracted the damaged area just behind the sink and using a piece of granite we had leftover from the original installation miraculously installed a new piece. The seams are virtually invisible. A contractor friend was at my home this week and was amazed and claimed that the extraction was what he was most impressed with. We installed a new tile floor. Noticed many deep scratches. Called MarbleGlow to help repair. My expectation were exceeded. They came out in a short time and did an amazing job. Jason Francis and his staff worked efficiently and professionally at refinishing our main Foyer marble floors at the National Museum of Dance! The project took about a week but it was well worth it! When they finished the floor looked absolutely amazing and they even gave us tips on how to up keep the floors and keep them looking like new! We were in the middle of doing a gut renovation of a old warehouse to convert it into our home and the primary focus of our project was to be new concrete floors throughout the space. The technicians at MarbleGlow were professional, skilled and courteous. They had a deep understanding of stone and how to bring out its natural beauty. They worked on a countertop that had already been installed, protected the cabinets and once finished , they cleaned everything up completely. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
