It’s difficult to express how much fun a trip to the supply house can be when it’s to Plimpton and Hills! I’ve stopped in twice over the last week to size up and get some help with a whole new ductwork system for a renovation of our old old house 😂. Not only was I met with patience, good humor and an encyclopedic knowledge of all things HVAC but I was treated like an old pal stopping by to shoot the breeze by every single person who worked there. Allot of extra time was taken to make sure to help calculate my system and to ensure I understood how I was to approach every element of the job. Every part of my experience with Plimpton & Hills Red Hook was great. I worked with multiple staff and they were all helpful and knowledgeable. From ordering and delivery to returns. They were so helpful and I’ll be a continued customer based on their customer service and inventory.

Being a purchaser in the Plumbing and Heating world, 3 things are important to me service, availability and price. (Usually in that order) The Plimpton and Hills team in Red Hook checks all three boxes for me. Since we have brought them on as a supplier, they have made more efficient the process in which I procure parts and they always do so in a timely manner.
