Having recently purchased/installed a mini split from Boyd’s, I highly recommend them. The price was very good - much better than comparative estimates. There was no pressure to purchase and Matt, the installation manager, was always available for questions and helpful explanations - he went the extra mile in making appropriate recommendations and options. Installation was great - the team was helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home and questions. Matt and his team have considerable industry background and skills. It was a pleasure dealing with them all and I highly recommend them!

We just had our first routine service maintenance cleaning of our Trane natural gas furnace through Boyd Heating & Cooling. I was extremely happy with the entire experience, and will definitely continue to use them for HVAC service and maintenance in the future. Professional and courteous service from setting appointment up, and definitely for the entire service visit.

Boyd came out to service my boiler. The guys know what theyre doing and were extremely respectful of the property. They helped me figure out how to bleed the lines. As a new home owner I greatly appreciated it. Will be using them in the future. They didnt try to sell me anything like other companies try to push. Just good people here.

Do NOT use Boyd Heating & Cooling, Inc. Called at 8 PM with a no heat issue. Answering service promised the on call technician would contact me within their stated timeframe…… Never received a call after 3 more follow up phone calls. Woke up to 48 degrees in my house and ended up fixing it myself. Still no callback until late morning. I have a SERVICE CONTRACT with Boyd for exactly this situation. What’s the point? Zero communication. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. I will never use Boyd again. If you have children or elderly family members, find a different HVAC company that actually responds to emergencies.

Had Boyd out to help us with completing a heat zone for us in our house. Sam, Tyler, and AJ. real pros! Did great work, worked efficiently. Handled a surprise or two along the way. Highly recommend Boyd heating and there professional crew!
