Overwhelmed! Not sure what to do! They came in and evaluated the situation, gave me options and handled the situation professionally. The technicians were empathetic about the damage and loss of my items. They answered any questions that came up during process. They made sure to protect the doorways to the house to prevent the cleaning solutions to affect the home upstairs. Satisfied with the work. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves and walked thru the areas to ensure satisfaction.

I had water damage from the washing machine that was hidden behind dry wall, and contacted Royal for repair and remediation. They were very professional and prompt, and had a quote and remediation plan within 48 hours. The treatment was extended another day because the extent of the damage was worse than expected. Possibly the best part was Royal contacted my insurance company directly, and aside from paying an initial small deposit, dealt with payment entirely through my insurance company, even when it took 2+ weeks to receive the full payment. Royal also checked in consistently over the month after the work was finished to ensure their work was well done and clearly take a lot of pride in their craft. They even refunded me my initial deposit, which I completely forgot about, as it wasn't

After a sewage pipe broke at my mother's house, our plumber connected us with the folks at Royal Water Damage. They came to her house immediately to assess the situation. They scheduled the cleanup quickly and did a thorough job to protect mom, keeping me informed and involved at all times. They were also very helpful to me in navigating the insurance coverage protocols. Everyone was friendly and caring about getting the job done properly and as efficiently as possible.
