We’ve used the company before, and didn’t have any issues with damage to plants, but this time (May 2024), two large shrubs sustained damage (bleached/dead branches) to the half where water was streaming from the siding during cleaning. I noticed a strong bleach smell this time, whereas I hadn’t last time. I’ve emailed twice and left two voicemails in the last month and a half to inquire about putting a claim in to replace the shrubs, but I cannot get a response. Update - i was finally contacted after leaving another voicemail and am working with them to resolve the issue. My frustration was not over the shrubs (i understand that things happen), but over not getting a response to multiple voicemails and emails.
