The job was projected for 3 days and was accomplished in 2 days. The price was perfect. The quality of the deck work was top notch. Jake and his guys at Stoney Ridge rebuilt our screened in porch last year and did a fantastic job. We were so pleased with that job that we hired them again to build us an entirely new deck. Jake agreed to replace my old wood deck when no one else would. It was built in three levels with three sets of stairs, and I wanted it rebuilt to the exact same design. Jake was friendly and easy to work with, but very professional and knowledgeable. He was so attentive to every detail. He and his crew arrived promptly at the same time every morning. They were very respectful and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up every day and left the place spotless when the job was done. Jake's workers' behavior was an exact reflection of him. Jake and Stoney Ridge Home Improvements did an excellent job removing and building a new deck. Everyday the job site was cleaned up and made quick work of the whole job.
