Brewer Inspection Services

We chose the more expensive inspectors because we wanted to make sure any big problems were caught. I did my homework and went with the better rated inspector. The inspector Onsite was very caught up on only having a certain amount of time to finish the inspection (3 hours). This was 6 years ago and we spent over 1K for the inspection so seems like there should not have been a time limit. During the inspection we noted that the finished basement smelled musty but the inspector just said that sometimes basements do. A couple of days after we moved in we lifted up the rubber carpet squares and found obvious water damage from the corner of the house needing to be dug out on the outside. Had Brewer Inspection come out and check out two houses my wife and I were interested in. Mark Goodman was phenomenal. Very professional and thorough. Mark Goodman did an excellent job inspecting our (hopefully) future home. He was incredibly thorough throughout the process, and was happy to explain any issues as they arose. He seemed to know every little detail in a home, from siding to plumbing, even to security systems. I wanted to make sure I had the most thorough inspection possible, and I can assuredly say that knowing that Mark completed our inspection. Super friendly and always willing to talk about the inspection report before, during, and after the inspection should there be any questions.
