The crew arrived on time, fully explained what was happening, and encouraged me to watch as they set the piers. They were exceptionally careful in removing my landscaping and setting it aside prior to excavating. Once they were finished, it was like they were never there. Great job!

Really great experience with Perma Jack all the way through for an external sump pump installation. Rich came out originally to assess and plan and was much more thorough than other bids. Price was reasonable too compared to others. After scheduling, Marcus and Sam came out on time and got started working and finished well ahead of what I was expecting. They were quick and thorough and left the place looking better than it looked before. Sump pump is well positioned and inconspicuous and I am very pleased with how it looks and performs. 10/10 experience

Perma Jack installed 4 Piers under my garage last week. It was a 2 day job, the crew arrived on the 1st day and dug the 4 holes with shovels in the extreme heat, shout out to the 3 guys that first day! They were friendly, hard working and cleaned everything up. At the end of day 1 they protected the area before they left. Day 2 they installed the 4 Piers under the garage. They communicated with me through the whole process and explained how it worked while allowing me to watch 1 of the piers go in. They cleaned everything up before leaving for the day. I would highly recommend Perma Jack to anyone needing this kind of work and we will not hesitate to hire them again for any other needs in the future.

Perma Jack took on a job that other contractors could not. They secured a garage foundation that was cracked and within an inch of hitting the track for the garage door. Due to the proximity of the foundation to the property line, all of the work had to be done by hand from digging out the ground next to the garage to mixing cement by hand. Jimmie, KL, and Lance were personable yet professional. They showed up on time and when there was a glitch in the project, they communicated immediately. The permit for the job and the city inspection were secured in a timely manner.The price was in line with what other contractors had quoted. Pictures show the finished project.

Phil, Rob and Jimmy did a great job! Exceeded expectations. Stabilized the wall and thoroughly sealed the cracks. Definitely recommend this company and these guys.
