The Cleaning Authority - Chesterfield

The woman who cleaned our house SOLO, did a great job. Better than any of the other combination of women! She was great, no complaints. I am surprised this company doesn’t clean the windows. I definitely pay too much for what o get and that’s one of those areas that’s consistently missed.

I was very unhappy with the oven cleaning. There was powdery residue left on the walls of the oven and a film left on the window. My daughter and I wiped off some of the residue last nite but still need to wipe off more of the powdery residue today before I would feel comfortable using my oven to bake anything. This is definitely not worth $50.

ATTN:DO NOT IGNORE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Tbt This company has high turnover overs, ALL staff cuts corners while working (don’t believe me or do) and EVERYONE smokes. It’s not likely I would EVER recommend this company to anyone. Not worth the price. I suggest you clean up yourself otherwise your SMOKE alarms will go off scaring the precious pets disturbing the beloved children from all the SMOKING these people do!!! BELIEVE WHAT YOU WANT. CHECK YOUR HOUSE! YOU DONT WANT A FIRE TO OCCUR BECAUSE STAFFS NASTY HABIT!

Been using TCA for over 6 months now and I remain very pleased with their services! I really appreciate their rotating cleaning schedule, so I know everything is taken care of.
