Menards

We made a couple of trips to this Menards to get items that were on sale , cheaper than the competitor big box store . But this Menards did not carry 10" concrete form tubes. Had to go back to competitor to get them.

Wow! I am so impressed with the employees that helped us today. Michelle from customer service is one of the funniest and most cheerful people I’ve met. She was actually skipping to show me where I might find what I was looking for. I found myself laughing and skipping behind her. I haven’t skipped in years. Hilarious. Then our cashier Caleb was a great conversationalist that left me and my husband saying that the employees at this store are exceptional. Thank you for the great shopping experience! We found everything we were looking for as always.

Call this store on the 8th to cancel my online order. Spoke to a female with a foreign accent (reason for this comment is below). On the 9th I found out my order was still active! I immediately called them to cancel AGAIN! This time I talk to a manager, he’s like idk I’m sorry, I’ll get it cancelled. I ask him why it wasn’t done yesterday.. He looks at my order and said,”I’m not sure, they canceled one item..” So the female with an accent understood English!! She just didn’t know her job or didn’t care! One item I was emailed that I would be picking up here that was canceled, was mail to the wrong address!! I suggest NEVER doing online with Menards! The delivery / installation person for Menard's on Manchester is not the best. I suppose in an effort to save money, they sent 1 person to install my washer and dryer. The guy looked at my house and said, "I don't feel like doing this, how about if I just drop the washer and dryer in your garage" I said, "No, dont take if off your truck, I'm cancelling the whole order" Later that same day, I bought the washer and dryer from Lowes. They sent a 2 man team to install the items and they were done in about 20 minutes.

I love this store. Such a variety of items. I always get food here too. Great prices. Worth the trip in my opinion. I always get Christmas stuff, as well.
