Buckeye Surface Maintenance

This company, Buckeye Surface Maintenance should get no STARS. Horrible on site and in office customer service and communication other than when they want to get paid. My driveway and yard was left a mess, ( oil, dirt debris, hydraulic fluid, tar , asphalt) the work was not completed, previously laid concrete was broken and damaged. The work was done on August 11, 2025. I issued a complaint the same day., the rep came out the next day ( August 12, 2025) he said he and a worker would be out the upcoming weekend to fix the and complete the work. I was asked to pay 90% of the bill and and to assist with the payment of materials to fix and complete the work. Insane, Absurd. I sent in partial payment. I sent email, text to rep and company billing office. I did not hear from this company until

Buckeye did a great job for us at All-Lite, price was very competitive. They never hassled me with payments until the job was done to my full satisfaction. There were couple issues to be corrected, reached out to Erin, she came in person, made notes and it was corrected promptly. Very happy with their service.

OMG when I say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a company/contractors from the beginning (estimate)David is professional, fair and honest , to the end of my driveway being replaced. The crew , these guys are phenomenal in what they do G-Rich can be a one man show but the entire crew is great, fast and respectful of your property very nice people these guys are anyone looking for work done should contact Buckeye surface maintenance crew !!!. Starting with David my salesman, who actually answered my call and came out to my property 2x to make sure I was totally in the know as to what to expect, down to the repair team and crack seal & seal coat team of Jen (super exceptional individual who has a passion, a drive and a high bar for her work), Ander & Chris who worked well as a team this past Saturday. This company gets 5 stars from me (more if it was allowed) on their customer service, knowledge of their craft and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
