Very frustrating experience. Required paperwork for my retirement distribution sat unanswered in a manager’s email for about a week, which delayed the entire process. I had to personally follow up and manage steps that should have been handled internally. The delay was ultimately caused by forms that were not provided on time, and the overall process felt disorganized and poorly coordinated. This experience reinforced my decision to leave the company and raised concerns about how they manage responsibilities and third-party partners. If you work with them, document everything and follow up frequently to avoid delays.

John & the Southwest crew were not only responsive and professional they did amazing work. They handled everything from flooring, electrical, drywall, plumbing, painting, cabinets & countertops in our company breakroom. It was a large job for us since the room was in bad shape. They transformed it into a beautiful, functional room that our employees love. I highly recommend them for any job large or small.
