Maurice did an amazing job today at my home. He was super personable and friendly and even did a great job interacting with my daughter and making the issue he was resolving fun for her. He went way out of his way to provide great service today and I highly recommend. I’m going to request all my visits to be from Maurice moving forward!

Chris completed a service at our house today. He was profession and courteous. Chris asked us about our concerns and made several suggestions on solutions he could provide to best manage them. He worked quickly and efficiently inside and outside the house. Before entering the house, he donned temporary shoe coverings to avoid tracking anything into the house. He also identified a hazard in our yard (an undetected hole) that will need some attention. Before leaving, Chris followed up with us to ensure that our expectations were met. Thank you Moxie Pest Control for hiring, training, and retaining excellent people to provide such great service.

Chris was great- He listened & helped me with my concerns & made me feel heard & understood. Then did an amazing service- definitely a great experienced employee. The management as well worked with me & Candace also heard my concerns & addressed them immediately. My overall experience with moxie pest control has been.100/10- I thank them all for their service!

This place is ridiculous. They charge a couple hundred dollars a quarter for their pest service and the guys show up, dust the house, spray the foundation and that's it? If you want an interior service you have to request it? The tech that does the maintenance was always someone different and they could not answer simple questions about the chemicals they were using on our house. We have pets and kids and they couldn't even tell us what the active ingredient they were using was. Then they sell you a termite prevention program for just shy of $3,000, and an additional $1000 to refill the stations in a year. When I called to cancel services (which was also an extreme difficulty to find the number) I was told that I would pay an 80% fee for cancellation. There was no way to have the l

Update: I understand replying as if you care seems to satisfy some social media and review readers but I will reiterate, this is not the first and only incident and the BBB profile listing over 550 complaints and a 1.45 star rating (fyi, there is no 0 rating so 1 is technically 0, aka 0.45 actual rating) speaks for itself. These behaviors are known, accepted and even expected throughout your company. You did call me again today to followup and it's the same I've heard before, lame excuses and more manipulative explanations as to why to look the other way. Again, Moxie needs investigated. I will be referring to FTC for review. This is the biggest scam corporation in the area at the moment. Extremely pushy sales people and customer service representatives.
