The job was completed in a timely manner and every detail was handled professionally. Jim also coordinated an HVAC company to move the air conditioner while digging and replace it when the job was complete.

I had serious standing water issues in my backyard, especially after a heavy rainstorm, as seen by my 4 attached photos from September, 2020 Jeff assessed my backyard in July of 2022 about regrading but I didn't commit to the project at the time. I reached out again in March of 2024 and went ahead with the regrading in the backyard and 2 swales on the side. I am so happy because whenever it rains, there is not a drop of water in my yard, on my patio, or in my driveway! (even after the August 6 severe winds, tornadoes, and rainstorm). After the regrading, they seeded and placed straw over the seed. Jim addressed any questions I had and responded in a timely manner.

We just had E&S install a drain trench and irrigation rocks to help with our backyard. They were Professional and ontime and their crew did an excellent cleanup. Time will tell how much water is drained to help our swampy backyard, but everything looks great right now..RECOMMENDED

Decided to do inside with sump pump. The crew team was excellent. Kyle Bunner (foreman). Nick, Ben, and Hector were hard workers. 2 full days to complete. They cleaned up afterwards.
