Great company he was there on time and was very professional and had a great team experience I love my windows I would recommend my next house/property with this company Independence glass is Amazing!!!

Steve, You forgot about our original appointment, rescheduled, then chose to text instead of call me and tell me you weren't coming in the rain after I told you the job was not exposed to the weather. You are very unprofessional and I will be giving your company a poor review on every digital platform there is. I will contact a company that appreciates my business and knows how to communicate with their customers. Your Customer service skills are very poor and I hope you learn how to treat all your customers with the respect they deserve. Independence Glass gets a F. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INDEPENDENCE GLASS!!!

Was very professional, arrived in less than an hour, fixed my window and cleaned up all the broken glass…I called last minute and he still came out after 7pm and was done in less than 2 hours.

If I could give a lower review I would. Incredibly unprofessional. Came in to do an estimate, that went fine. No problems there. I was told It would be about a week to get my mirror in. No problem, again, until I was asked to pay upfront because he did not have enough money in his account to pay for the mirror. I said I did not feel comfortable with that- we had no legal contract, I did not sign anything, just a handshake and his “word”. So I was told the job was going to have to be pushed to to next day. Ok. No communication the next day. A week later I was told he had pneumonia. I understand if you are sick. Just let us know. So we’re about 3 weeks into this before I contacted him asking when it would be done. I was told he was “dragging his feet” with my job. This is not a residentia

I own a remodeling company. The negative reviews could possibly be bad employees Steve answered my voicemail and called me back immediately. He picked up the window and had it repaired in a day. He even delivered it back to me. Solid customer service and great craftsmanship.
