C & M Precast Concrete

I ordered a 2800 gallon tank and had to sign a waiver before they would deliver it. They had a 35’ truck with trailer and drove off the driveway and cracked it. See picture of crack. In another picture I circled in red where they drove off the driveway. Where they were to go off the driveway to deliver the tank it would have been fine as it was built up in that area for heavy trucks and I have had heavy trucks drive off the driveway at the end by the pump house but they never said they would have to drive in my yard and that area was never made for that. Josh offered to do a site inspection AFTER they cracked my driveway and I told him I was no longer interested in getting a tank from them. I asked if they would pay for the repair and he said no because I had signed the waiver. He was
