Capital City Pools

Capital City Pools (along with Hidden Creek Landscaping) designed and installed both an in-ground pool and spa for us. Both the design and craftsmanship were exceptional, and they took the time every day to make sure everything was done precisely and correctly. Pete and Geoff handled most of the work and became like family by the time the project was completed. It was a joy to watch them work, and they always took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and to let us know where we were in the process. We honestly missed them once the project was complete. This company does NOT cut corners... the end product is top-of-the-line. Yes, they are busy, and the reason is, they are the best in the business. For anyone looking for a top-quality pool done correctly, I 100% recommend

Do not bother to call this company if you are not an existing customer. They maintained our pool for many years under the previous owner but after 2 calls trying to get them to service our pool and repeadetly being told me, they are too busy and are not taking on any new customers. I got the message. From all accounts, they used to do a great job with our pool. I just had questions about some things that only the previous pool company would know and that is why I really wanted them to look at our pool.

I contacted Capital City pools to see if they could come service my relative's pool after my relative passed away. My relative used this company for years, so I contacted them first. Even though they acknowledged my relative's patronage, they told me they couldn't help me as I would be considered a new customer and they are not taking new customers at this time. Disappointing--it is the same property/address!

I thought I'd write this review to save a lot of people from wasting time. This company only does in-ground pools, they do not do above ground pools. Also, their pools/service start at $70,000 is what the lady told me. So if you're looking to get a pool, but $70,000 is not in your budget--I just saved you time--you're welcome.

After calling this company I was told they do service the area but they are not taking on any new clients. If that is the case they need to remove the company name so people don't waste their time. either that or hire more employees.
