Our old pool and deck were an eyesore, but their design team crafted a new layout that far exceeded our expectations. The way they integrated specific features into our challenging landscape and sloped yard completely elevated the space and changed how we use our outdoor living area. What truly set Pool Professionals Ohio apart was their exceptional problem-solving. They consistently offered practical solutions to unexpected challenges. For example, when we uncovered a poorly implemented sump pump drainage issue during excavation, their team quickly presented effective solutions and worked diligently to keep the project on track. Pool Professionals saved the day! We needed a diving board replaced and they came through! They Are "Professional", very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. CJ and Holden were prompt, did a great job, and cleaned everything up. Thanks also go to Nicole who organized our project!! Now, our Granddaughters are happy again!

Trustworthy and helpful! Matt and his team agreed to take on our pool renovation when a lot of companies shied away. There was a lot to redo/replace in our 45-year-old in-ground pool. Throughout the planning process, Matt was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. I waited to post this review until we were fully opened and ready for the season. There have been some issues that needed resolved and they took care of us through multiple visits and patient instruction! Kay has been a great communicator and CJ has been especially helpful in explaining how to care for our pool. I’m planning to use them for future openings and closings.
