JC Carpet provided a wonderful experience start to finish. Georgia and Julie explained the process well. Scott showed up on-time as scheduled to measure our floors and install the carpet. Scott, his son and a third person came the day to lay the carpet and worked straight through! They were each hard-working and professional. They know what they’re doing!! Our new carpet is gorgeous. I’d 100% recommend JC Carpet to everybody!!

We had exceptional service throughout the carpet buying process with JC Carpet. Georgia and Julie helped us pick out amazing carpet for entire home. They arrived on time for measurement and a few weeks later Scott and his team arrived for the installation. Due to the size of the project installation lasted a week. The team arrived on time each day and were a pleasure to have in our home. The installation went exceptionally well, we are very pleased with the whole team at JC Carpet.

Fantastic pricing, and Scott and Julie are fantastic people! Julie was extremely helpful when figuring out what we were looking for, and even stayed open after close for us! Also Scott and Dustin were great and considerate installers. My parents, who live 2 hours away, even said that after seeing how great our carpet looks and how inexpensive it was through JC, they're using them next time they need carpet rather than anyone around them. Julie and Scott I would recommend whole heartily. Julie was great very personable and Scott came out and took his time with his estimate so there wouldn't be a lot of wasted carpet. He measured and remeasured to get the perfect measurements so I wouldn't over purchase. He used practically every piece of carpet that was purchased with very little scraps left over. Scott and his crew did a great job and i recommend them every chance I get.

We will never do or recommend this company to anyone. This company left me and my husband high and dry when it came to installing the carpet in our home. This company came highly recommended from some people at our Church. We told them how this company scheduled to bring and install the carpet in our home, but then wasn't able to install the carpet when they said they would. We had moved all the furniture from our Living Room (at their request). Scott wanted to come late at night or reschedule in 8 days after they came back from vacation. Totally unacceptable. We hired another installer who not only came out immediately after hearing our story, but was very professional and truly a blessing. If you are ever in this situation with this company.
