The end results were beautiful and maintained the integrity of the structure. Their text communications, email statements and estimates and receipts with photos are also amazing
We had The Chimney Guys come out and take a look at our cap that couldn’t close. Alex and Logan could not be more professional!! They were both so kind and conversational (made it a point to talk to my young son and even our dog)! They talked me through everything they were seeing on the inside of the chimney and explained everything in a way I could understand. There was no mess at all whatsoever. When they were done, they were able to give me different estimates for what we were able to afford. Would 100% recommend this company again and ask for these two gentleman! Thank you!!!
Christian and Joshua were very professional and helpful in inspecting our fireplace. I greatly appreciated that they provided us with a simple and cost-effective solution for the problem we were experiencing and didn't try to take advantage of us with price gouging! Their transparency was great!! They arrived on time and were efficient! I would definitely recommend!!
I had an evaluation & estimate done today to determine whether a rebuild or repair was needed to correct the problems with my fireplace. I was quite impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of the field technicians that came out to do this assessment. Christian and Josh were both great, and worked with me to figure out options that would restore my fireplace to a safe and operational state and still fit within my budget. Great work Chimney Guys!
