Capital was highly recommended to us when looking to replace our furnace. They did a fantastic job! Phil was personable and professional from the start. I knew after our walkthrough that we were in good hands. The guys who did the install were respectful of the home, always asking about taking off shoes, using the restroom, things like that - just very polite! Some great customer service skills go a long way. The actual work was done properly and efficiently. I was shocked at what they got done in a day! We are now using them to rework some ducts in the house to tackle efficiency issues in our old home and I trust they will do just as good of a job. Ricky was knowledgeable and he and Phil brainstormed and came up with a good plan for us. I would recommend this family owned business for job

Estimate was accurate. Service techs arrived on time. Finished work promptly and neatly. We’ve used Capital heat for furnaces, central air, and ductless AC over the years (since 1995). Service has been personable, professional, on-time, and high quality…every time. Next we’re going to have Capital Heat install a generator.

Jacob K and his colleague did an amazing job installing our 3 ceiling and 1 wall mini splits. This was a big 4-day project during some serious Buffalo heat! Very happy we chose Capital Heat and would highly recommend!!

Luke is the best. Explained everything and methodically debugged our Geothermal hot water problem to have things up and running in no time. Now I can take a hot shower again. So happy I called Capital Heat !
