We received top notch service using quality materials. Our quote was fair and reasonable. Sabino was true to his word on the scheduling date and the whole job was completed (beautifully) in their quoted timeframe. Incredible work in under two days! They respected our property—carefully and meticulously cleaning as they moved along. They left no mess whatsoever. Our new roof looks fabulous and we love our new Velux skylights w/remote! Would recommend highly. Very professional, answered all of our questions prior to roof replacement and kept lines of communication open at all times. Worked with us to accommodate our needs and scheduled a start date convenient to us. They begin the project on the exact day we agreed to. My wife Barb and I attended the Buffalo home show this spring and signed up for 5 estimates from various window installers. One of which was Scarpone and Sons. They were the only independent contractor in the group, the others were self-branded companies. Sabino and Ashley were the first one’s to come to the house, and we were really impressed with their personable and honest conversation. BEFORE we had any more in-person visits from the others, we had a full quote from Sabino and multiple follow up emails. We even ended up canceling the last two appointments; we had learned enough.
