We had a fantastic experience with Nelson! He came out to fix our heater and was incredibly professional and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in a way that my family could understand, which we really appreciated. He even showed us before and after photos of the repair so we could see exactly what was done. If you want someone honest and thorough, ask for Nelson! He’s the goat.

My Service Experts Hunter and Hussein did an awesome job of installing my new heating system. My home is an older one that presented some challenges but the y handled it like the pros they are. They were very patient and explained everything. Not only were they professional but very respectful and courteous. I look forward to seeing then again when it's time for maintenance. We have used Sunbeam for our HVAC needs for over 10 years now and they never fail us. Last night on one of the coldest nights of the year our heat stopped working. The dispatch service was friendly and efficient and scheduled us for service immediately. Nelson called and helped to troubleshoot over the phone. After that solution ended up not being the fix we needed, Nelson came out to the house way after hours to assist us. He was quick but thorough in his explanations of what was going on and got us back up and running. I can’t express thanks enough of how even at the late hour, he was friendly and professional and put our minds at ease with not only fixing the problem but giving us solutions on if the problem happened again.

Yesterday I requested a service call for my furnace and Home Serve sent me technician from Sunbeam by the name of Hunter W. He was very professional and helpful, I strongly recommend him for his professional and politeness. Wish we could have more wonderful people like him. Thank you
