Ben is was absolutely fantastic! He built a custom floor to ceiling bookcase for us, complete with a sliding ladder. The end result is the library of our dreams! He was upfront about being busy when I first reached out, but kept us updated on his availability & was forthcoming about estimates and how our choices would impact the overall cost. The project took a bit longer than expected, but part of that had to do with us traveling out of town, so Ben worked on another project simultaneously. We also had a bit of an issue with the spacing of the shelves, but when I pointed out the problem, Ben went above and beyond to make the requested changes and make sure we were happy with the final result. LOVED working with Ben! I wanted a folding Cribbage Board for my husband’s birthday. He quickly came up with three beautiful ideas….with images…which was terrific as i don't visualize well. It was really hard to choose. When I received the board, I was beyond thrilled! It was just gorgeous. My husband was so happy! Thank you, Ben! Best birthday gift EVER!!!
