If I could leave zero stars I would, I would not recommend this business to anyone. They helped to install a ceiling lift in my home and tried to go the cheapest route for everything. When they gave us the lift they did not even give us a guide of how to take care of it. The things they told us about the lift were false and was only verbal. Jaun has a business practice of buying the cheapest materials, so he can pocket the rest of the money. After installing the lift he never told us how to maintain the lift, so it might not be under warranty. He does not care about the safety of the people he helps. The state gave Juan $400 to buy a sling and he found a $90 one that was not safe for me to use, so that he could pocket the rest of the money. I know other people who tried to work with him an

SHAMEFUL!!!! The only care this contractor has is collecting money. My parents are in their 80s and suffer from Parkinson's and need an addition to avoid needing to use stairs. We are 19 months into a simple 460 square ft addition and still nowhere near complete. The roof structure (no shingles) of the addition was put on in the spring and never tied in to the existing roof, allowing the rain water to seep into the exposed existing walls, wick into the hardwood floors, and continue into the basement. Black mold has already set in to the walls. With winter approaching, there is no insulation and still no roofing, but the HVAC system (not installed to code) is heating the new area and no damper to cut off the air to that area. Juan & his crew took out a bathtub/shower in my moms very old house to install a walk-in accessible shower. The job took longer than expected due to the structure of the walls but they kept us fully informed & up-to-date. They were a pleasure to work with and we appreciated all their effort. Without a doubt would highly recommend!

Caring Environments was the company chosen by the State to make out 2-story house accessible for our daughter. They installed a vertical platform lift, built a landing deck for it, and did all the construction & finishing work for the installation of a residential elevator, plus installed an accessible sink along with all the work that goes along with ripping old one out. We didn’t know what to except from the company that we didn’t personally choose and after the work was done we can’t recommend them enough! The team was punctual and everyone is super nice! They take great pride in their work and made sure that everything is done right and well. The work areas were picked up every night, secured (so the kids could not access them, fall through the floor, get hurt, etc). They were respect
