Tony arrived in a timely manner this morning with a smile on his face! He took the time to look at the rooms I had discussed with his wife. Tony explained that at times soiled areas could reappear after cleaning (due to levels of humidity in our area and houses being built on slabs). He noted that he would use treatments to help with that, but if the areas reappeared to contact him and he would return to do additional treatment using a buffer without wetting the carpets again. Such a nice man and very professional! Our furry baby (who is scared of strangers) even took her ball to him for play time and he gave her the attention requested! Highly recommend this company for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!
