Within a few days Eric came and did our quote, and had that back within 2 days. We went in to choose our flooring with Trace, the 2 options they had pulled for us weren't quite what i was looking for. One was too light, one was too dark. (I knew what i wanted). Carpet One was actually the flooring/tile contractor for my new home construction that was appointed by the home builder my wife I chose to build with. My first interaction with them was when one of their employees approached me during the build to point out that my foyer wall was out of square by about 1/2" per foot. The home builder had told them to just cheat it in as much as they could and I wouldn't notice. He did not feel that lying to me was a good approach. I appreciated his honesty and we got the wall straightened out in the end. Aron and Sarah came and steam cleaned carpet in 5 rooms and done a FABULOUS JOB. They were highly knowledgeable on every aspect of their jobs and they moved my furniture with total respect for it. They "entertained" me and had fun while working, joking around with each other and laughing which DEFINITELY MADE FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE along with doing a great job.
