I tried to place a “pick-up in store” item but was having issues with the app. I called the store and spoke to Claire, who went above and beyond in ensuring I got the item I needed. She checked the inventory, took my payment, and arranged for the item to be taken to the customer service desk. My furnace broke and the item was an electric heater. Claire understood my need and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks, Claire!
Alex Wolword is an excellent employee and put in extra effort to resolve an issue that the manufacturer attempted to avoid responsibility for. My husband’s and my Saturday is saved!
The only problem I have is self checkout, it seems to the only way to get out of there. If I wanted to do self checkout I would order on line
Staff very quick to respond to the call for service in the dept we needed....clean store.
Employee made nasty remarks about the fact I was having trouble seeing the prices. Was told “” damn you are stupid . Employee name is S. Ray.
