Staff is awesome. I stop in regularly to have my water tested and the cheat sheet they give you with what to add is so handy. Ever since switching to Pristine Blue my pool has been absolutely perfect for over 2 years. Only pool store I recommend to friends and family.

After advice from a friend, we changed our pool over to Pristine Blue products. We went to the Vienna store to purchase and get instructions on how to get started. The folks here are always so patient and understanding. They are always eager to help me correct any mistakes that I may have made to the pool and advise me on how to correct. Since the Athens store has opened, we do most of our business there. From advising us about the products we need for the season, testing our water, and helping clear up any blunders, the staff are always patient, knowledgeable and very friendly.

A few years ago we became pool owners, friends recommended we talk to Pool Masters and the rest is history. We can't say enough amazing things about them!! They are SUPER knowledgeable and can answer ANY questions pool or hot tub related. Kendra and Gavin are both so kind! And they make us feel welcome, no matter how many questions we asked as new pool owners, they helped us learn what we needed to do to make our pool the very best it could be. We use Pristine Blue and our pool is amazingly clear and beautiful. If you have a pool or hot tub, Pool Masters of Athens is the place to go!!

This is the only pool store we will go to. The people that work there are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Theu make It a comfortable environment cause they are so nice and friendly. Would always recommend!!
