Was very disappointed in the service personnel that were sent to check out my furnace. They failed to mention their concerns about another issue that they felt was problematic to me - and so was completely taken aback when the service manager left me a message regarding the above. Bad business . Was suprised as Dean has always had service folks that talked directly to me and explained what they found. No communication with the service tech is a bad business practice.

Dean Heating and Cooling did an awesome job from start to finish! They gave a clear estimate for installing my new AC system upstairs and were great about following through. When a few small issues came up during the installation, they were quick to troubleshoot and made sure everything was running perfectly. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how responsive they’ve been. Super happy with the whole experience—highly recommend Dean Heating and Cooling!

Weston was prompt, considerate, and clearly explained what the best solution for my home would be. He didn’t oversell and told me that a system that another company was suggesting would be too big for my home. I felt like he had my best interests at heart. The price of the system was competitive and beat the competition. Installation day was a breeze, everyone was polite and considerate of the fact that I was working from my home. 5/5 highly recommend
