Greenleaf Landscapes of Athens, Ohio

I have worked with Greenleaf (specifically Lindsey from Greenleaf), for a few years via my family business (Kindred Market), our relationship started when Lindsey made a pair of beautiful holiday wreaths for our storefront. And from there, she has created seasonal designs and planted a variety of herbs and flowers in the 4 large flower parts that remain at our storefront year-round. She has even dressed these pots up in evergreen holiday arrangements that looked fresh all winter long. But the pinnacle of Greenleaf/Lindsey's service to Kindred Market came when she designed the small beds that reside in our bench planters that surround our outdoor seating area. They are SO beautiful. We are going on our second year with them and it's incredible how they have become even more glorious. Custo

Was greeted within a minute or two of entering the space. The plants here are very healthy. I loved the pollinator display being front and center with affordable native plants in a few varieties. The echinacea display was impressive, and these plants looked so colorful and healthy. The lilies were loving life as well. Not many seeds or containers.

The guys at Greenleaf did a great job. This is the second project we’ve had done and both turned out really nice. Kellen, James and Todd made sure is was done right and have a lot of pride in their work.

I spent over $700 on 8 cu yards of soil/compost/sand mix for my garden. Delivery was about a week late but oh well. The product itself doesn’t look anything like the website, has huge chunks of clay, candy wrappers and other little bits of plastic in it. Just terrible. I called once, left a message and didn’t get a call back. Called again a week later, someone said I would get a call back, didn’t. That was 4 days ago. The whole point of spending the extra money to buy the mix is so I didn’t have to put that much labor into it. Now I have to spend more money on amendments and mix it myself. I feel like I was scammed, I went with this company because of the positive reviews but I wish I didn’t.

They were so helpful with every little tip about how to deal with creating a flower bed in what was a section previously full of clay.
