Outstanding company and even better people! Great service, responsive, and very affordable. We interviewed several flooring companies and Ms Joyce and Mr. Van were far and away the best company on every point. Their entire team respected our home, made sure we were satisfied, worked with us through every detail, and provided expert installation and detailing on both the flooring and floor tile work - beautiful craftsmanship. We are so thankful for finding such a professional team! Material purchase and installation was in-house so we didn't have to deal with finding 3rd party installers (which also protected us from installation vs vendor conflicts if something went wrong). They have our full recommendation! Truly a 5-star operation!

We just had our whole house done by The Carpet Store and More. I don’t think I have the adequate words to say about this company and the employees who all work together. From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Christina, who was able to describe the products in detail, to the suggestions she made based off of what we were looking for, to meeting Van and Joyce who made us instantly feel so welcomed, to the installation of our beautiful flooring. Carpet Store & More did an amazing job replacing the floors in a large portion of our home as well as re-doing our kitchen backsplash, island backer, and building a new pantry barn door. They custom-built and stained the island backer and barn door to match our new floors. We weren't sure how the project would turn out, but with an idea in our head verbalized to Van, Blake, & team they were able to create exactly what we envisioned.
