Okay, now I can give five stars completely satisfied. I was calling at least twice a week. It's how problems are handled will determine the future of your business. I had a bad router that's why I was having so many problems.All fixed now .10 stars no.problems. They came out replace the router with another one and WOW I'm happy now. My wife's going to be extremely happy when she gets home. This is what I was hoping about fiber optics and it's true it's the best.

I’ve tried for three months to get a technician to install the fiber internet at my location, I have had numerous people around me get it and when I reach out I’ve been put on hold and told they would call me back or email and they never have. Customers deserve communication and if they are seeking a service ignoring them isn’t a good business tactic.

Almost impossible to get someone on the phone with you, I’ve been waiting 6 weeks to get WiFi at my home and still have yet to get any answers

The guys who do repairs are awesome and timely- respectful and respectable- my complaint is- even after the animals have eaten my fiber line three times- it’s been going on a year and my line still isn’t buried. I can’t even cut grass there because I don’t know where the line is beneath the grass. I have to keep the strays away- it’s just been stressful and I can’t reach anyone on the “technical support” line. It brings my 5 star rating down to a low 3- almost a 2. $130 a month- my line should have been buried the same week of installment- months and months and months ago!

For as long as I am able to use Central Al elec Co-Op I WILL!! Hands down excellent service! My dog ate my fiber cable three times in one week!! I just knew they’d get mad at me- I was wrong. They fixed it every time- the last time the man hung it where no animal could reach it. My line still isn’t buried and it’s been a long time- but that’s my only complaint. When the terminal blew- they worked for hours in the pouring rain at midnight to repair it. They come out within an hour after I call- every time. The company that burrows the line is like a sub-contractor from what I’m told. They need to hire a new company to burry the lines. Since it’s been like a year maybe less and my line is still laying on the ground- but the services the power company itself render - are brag worthy.
