I called Robert yesterday needing a new key for a truck I had just bought this man went above and beyond what I was expecting he's very professional and respectful a genuine family man who cares about his customers just as much. He was able to quickly it me a key and program it he made sure there were no codes pop off he was very reasonable on price too I will definitely store his number in mine and my families phone in case off a lock out or needing a new key. Robert went above and beyond in helping me. I accidentally got locked out of the house. He worked diligently to help re-gain access. He worked long and hard to prevent damage to the locks, trying multiple doors. The whole time he explained what and how he was doing. When he was able to get us in, he worked to replace the malfunctioning door knob/lock with a new one and did not leave until the job was perfect. Aside from the professional, Robert is a true gentleman and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Integrity Locksmith and Security. I wish I could have given him 10 stars
