Since Holston Gases has taken over, everything seems to be headed in the right direction! Management is trying very hard to make amends for the issues that the previous ownership neglected. If you have had a bad experience with Chilton Gas in the past, I suggest to give them another chance!
These people are rude. No redeeming qualities in any of them. Chilton propane was rude but these folks take the cake. I hope they all encounter people just as unfriendly as they are.
Terrible service. People there are very rude! I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Do not recommend whatsoever! They never get back with you, they don't stick to their word to say the least. We had a gas leak and my children, husband and I both had carbon monoxide poisoning. We then switched over to electric and it's been 2 months now and they have not picked up the tank. Nor given us our refund for renting the tank. They are slugging around to "not give us our refund". They never even came out to our house to fix the problems. And folks in the office are rude! I HIGHLY recommend using someone else.
When they changed to Holston Gas,things got a little disrupted, but they are bouncing back.
