After a technician coming out 3 times, 1 to troubleshoot and 2 to replace parts. My washer still isn't fixed. Still giving the same error code and message. Not sure what to do from here
Adam came out to fix my Maytag washer. It wasn’t draining enough. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. The part arrived fast. The only problem was the agitator would not come off.
Technician, Alexander was very nice and respectable and was very knowledgeable about his service rendered. He was very assuring that he would come back and make good of the problem. Excellent tech, excellent service! :-)
Called Monday morning at 8 am. The description stated same day repair but said it would be scheduled Tuesday anytime between 8 am to 5 pm. On Tuesday morning got a call trying to get me to buy an appliance warranty that would cost $67.99 per month. Did not buy warranty then no one showed up on Tuesday. No notification why they couldn’t make it. Today’s Wednesday 2:30 pm and no one has even tried to notify apologizing to why they were unable to come. So I schedule with another coming Thursday with a 3 hour window on arrival. Will not be calling this place again. If you cannot be respectful of person’s time then you cannot be trusted period!
Mr. Alexander a sears A/c repair guy come to inspection my AC unit in Montgomery, Al. He determined the Ac compressor was bad but still under warranty. However, he did not give give or send me a quote on how much it would cost cost to repair it and this was on 11/13/25. I was informed the quote would be sent to my email, as of date I have received it. I have reached out to sears in attempt to get this information and my home warranty company, without success. They are saying the tech didn’t submit the diagnosis report and repair quote in the system. I have left several messages at the number he call from, with no return call. Now I have to pay another company to come out because nobody wants to give me a quote without looking at the unit… This is unfair and I will dispute the charges with
