I had my sunroom done in March. I've been busy, so I'm only just now leaving a review. Simply put, I highly recommend this company. Owner David and his sisters started on time and finished cleanly on time. The cost was reasonable, and the quality of their work was excellent. Of course, they obtained the necessary permits, and I'm grateful that they completed the work according to the design.

I cannot say enough good things about Terry and his crew. Terry, Mark Mike and David all worked at our home and all had great attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was what we wanted and finished just right. The guys were down to earth very friendly and were sure to make certain they were meeting our expectation on this project. It started with Terry coming on site to get an idea of what we were looking for get all the details and some measurements etcetera. He then brain stormed with his crew on the best way to accomplish this to meet our expectations and came up with a quote. We recently moved to Taneytown, MD. The house we purchased, while very nice, still needed some work before we could call it home. After researching many local contractors, we selected Central Maryland Sunrooms. This reputable company is family owned and has served the area for many years. They do their own installation meaning they control the most important part of the job. It’s one reason their work is done so well. We hired this company for the following work: (1) to remodel our home-built porch into a modern and beautiful sunroom, (2) to build us a side porch to cover an exit door that had none. Update: Look up Scenix, prices are reasonable and you can do it yourself, if you want to. Had these people give us a quote. They wanted 5 times what others quoted, and there product is prefab in factory. All they had to do was put it in place. I got the impression when they did site survey they did not want to do the job. Wife did research and found this chain is known for this.
